Do you want to help develop the referees of the future in Dalarna?

Dalarna Floorball Federation is now looking for a Referee Consultant at 50% with a focus on our refereeing operations. In this role, you will become an important part of the work to recruit, develop, and support the district's referees, as well as contribute to the long-term and sustainable development of the refereeing activities.

About the position

The position involves working with Dalarna Floorball Federation's refereeing operations and includes both administrative and developmental tasks.

Remote work is possible, but the position also involves certain mandatory physical meetings and presence at activities within the district.

Start date is by agreement.

Responsibilities

In the role of Referee Consultant, you will among other things:

• Work on the development of Dalarna's refereeing operations
• Plan and conduct referee training and development initiatives
• Support, coach, and follow up on the district's referees
• Assign and appoint referees within the district's activities
• Work on referee development and long-term competence supply
• Coordinate activities related to refereeing operations

We are looking for someone who

• Has good organizational skills
• Is communicative and easy to collaborate with others
• Is responsible and structured
• Has an interest in leadership and development
• Has good computer skills and administrative ability
• Has a category B driver's license (required) and access to a car

Previous experience as a referee or working within club or sports activities is meritorious.
